We are not the government
ObamaCare-Enroll.org is a private website. It is not HealthCare.gov or a state Marketplace, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program. “Obamacare” is a common nickname for the Affordable Care Act. Using this site or sending a form doesn’t enroll you in any plan. You can also apply on your own at HealthCare.gov or your state’s Marketplace. Eligibility for Marketplace coverage and for premium tax credits and other savings is determined by the Marketplace, not by us.
Our service
- Licensed agents from Health Enrollment help you compare coverage and enroll, only in states where we are licensed and appointed. See our state licenses.
- There is no fee to you for our service. Agents are usually paid a commission by the insurance company. Your Marketplace premium is the same whether you use an agent or enroll on your own.
- We do not offer every plan available in your area. The plans and products we discuss are limited to those offered by the insurance companies we work with, and not all products are available in all states.
- Quotes and estimates are not offers of coverage. Coverage starts only when an insurance company or the Marketplace approves your application and any required premium is paid. Insurance companies set the terms of their policies.
- Some products we offer, such as short-term, fixed indemnity, critical illness, accident, dental and AD&D coverage, are not ACA plans. Discount plans are not insurance. Each product page explains its limits.
Information you give us
You agree to give accurate information about yourself, to submit information about another person only with that person’s permission, and that you are 18 or older. How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Calls, texts and emails
When you submit a form, you agree to be contacted as described in the consent shown above the submit button. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling an agent, calling us, or using Your Privacy Choices.
